This Privacy Policy describes how JoyAI Video Edit (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit our website (the “Site”). At this time, the Site is a waitlist and marketing page for a planned product experience based on JoyAI Video Edit research. We do not currently offer a live paid AI video generation product, account-based generation, or credit purchases on this Site.

- Email address: When you join the waiting list or contact us, we collect the email address you submit so we can notify you about product availability, early access, and related updates.

Our providers may process data in multiple regions. We take reasonable steps to protect Personal Data consistent with this policy.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children.
Future product features
If we later launch hosted AI video editing, accounts, or payments, we will update this Privacy Policy before those features become the primary offering and collect any additional data only as described then.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
