JoyAI Video Edit currently operates as a free waiting-list and marketing website. Joining the waiting list does not require payment. There are no paid plans, credits, or subscriptions for sale as the primary product on this Site at this time.

No purchase — no refunds

Because waitlist signup does not charge you:

• There are no refunds to issue for waitlist registration itself
• If you submitted an email by mistake, contact us to request removal from the list (see Privacy Policy)

Future paid products

If we later introduce paid features (for example, hosted video editing, subscriptions, or credit packs), we will publish an updated refund policy before or at the time those paid features launch. Any payment terms, trial periods, or refund windows will be described there and at checkout.

Until then, any pricing pages or payment-related UI that remain reachable by direct URL are not an invitation to purchase a live product and should not be treated as an active commercial offer.
