Nature of the Site

The Site is currently a marketing and waiting-list presence for a planned product inspired by JoyAI Video Edit research. It is not a live, paid AI video generation service. Features such as accounts, credits, generation workspaces, or paid plans—if shown as placeholders—are not the current commercial offering unless we clearly announce a launch and update these Terms.

Waiting list

• Joining the waiting list requires a valid email address.
• Waitlist status does not guarantee access, pricing, capacity, or any particular launch date.
• We may accept, limit, or close the waitlist at our discretion.
• You agree not to submit false or someone else’s email without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, probe, or disrupt the Site or related infrastructure
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Scrape the Site in a way that impairs service for others

Intellectual property

Site branding, layout, and original copy are owned by us or our licensors. Research media (e.g., demo stills or videos) may originate from open-source or academic projects and remain subject to their licenses and attributions. You may not copy or redistribute Site content except as allowed by law or written permission.

The Site may link to GitHub, arXiv, Hugging Face, demos, or other third-party resources. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or policies.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a commercial product will launch.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR WAITLIST. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SITE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (CURRENTLY EXPECTED TO BE ZERO FOR WAITLIST USE) OR (B) USD $50.
